May Design Series
The trade is set to engage once again with the booming London design community, as the May Design Series returns for a second year.
The May Design Series brings together four exhibitions – kbb LDN, The Arc Show, Interiors LDN and DX – into one commercially-focused event, taking place from the 18-20th May next year at London’s ExCeL. The exhibition is dedicated to the architectural, retail, interior design and property communities, presenting new products from over 250 exhibitors at the end of the international show cycle.
Interiors suppliers attending the 2014 show will include Coleccion Alexandra, Hitch Mylius, Tisca Tiara, Deidre Dyson, Yask and Sits, to name just a few. These will join a host of exhibitors looking to discuss projects and build better business with contract buyers – all unique to the May Design Series offering.
Luxury brand Coleccion Alexandra reported a particularly successful 2013 show, with MD Gaynor Pharoah commenting: “It was crucial for us to be at May Design Series to give us much-needed exposure in the European market. Not only did this strengthen the launch of our new collections – Emina and Ringo, to name two to the UK market – it was an invaluable show for us to reach the right contacts. The show helped us to secure what has to be one of UK’s most prestigious projects to date, which is well under way, and all will be revealed shortly.”
Edison T Abidi, company manager of Deidre Dyson, says: “The show gave us the rare chance to meet different segments of industry all in one place. We were able to meet up with existing customers and meet new ones who do not always have the time to visit our London showroom.”
May Design Series, like no other show, welcomes industry visitors into neighbouring sectors, making it ideal for interiors suppliers looking to make contacts and reach a diverse offering under one roof – in one central London location.
With 10,000 visitors recorded at the inaugural 2013 show, UBM’s May Design Series is a commercial event designed to fulfil the needs of the design industry.
